**Aerotek is immediately interviewing and hiring facilities maintenance technicians in the capital region!**

**SUMMARY**

Maintenance technicians will be responsible for upkeep of the property and it's buildings, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as necessary. Candidates will drive a company vehicle around the property to complete work orders during their shift. Tools and uniforms provided.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Perform timely, quality work in completing apartment make readies for the property.

Perform corrective and preventative maintenance functions and assist in the supervision of contract services.

Perform electrical and plumbing repairs, including changing of outlets, repair of light fixtures, and appliance installations.

Apartment turnover painting including wall and ceiling prep and repairs.

Support turnover cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, bedrooms, and closets.

Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Foreman so that he/she is informed of possible problems and needs for assistance, safety concerns, etc.

Support the required on-call rotation & overtime as needed.

Assist in the organization of a clean shop, inventory control, tool maintenance, and implementation of safety and security procedures.

**PAY**

$20-$22/hour

**SHIFT**

8:00AM-4:30PM

On-call one week per month
