Pay Rate: $23/hr $150 per diem : DAY SHIFT!

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a structural Fitters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and/or fitting components according to blueprints and specifications. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Fit components using various techniques (e.g., flux, pulse)
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of structural fitting experience
- Proficiency in structural fitting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
