**Description:**

Complete and maintain weekly reports. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. Complete correspondence as needed.

Report to and follows the directions of Warehouse Supervisor and Manager.

Create transfer load outs of finished goods product in D365.

Verify product has meet QA & USDA quality standard prior to final release.

Post transfer load outs of finished goods product in D365.

Complete daily inventory of produced goods and daily reconciliation packets.

Resolve production and inventory errors daily.

Assist production planning team in coordinating production schedule.

Review and closing out all production orders at month end process.

Assist with month end and reconciliation process for packaging, ingredients and finished goods in warehouse.

Receive, verify and put all incoming freight into inventory softwear (D365)

Receive and verify incoming freight against appropriate paperwork.

Validated inventory availability and update any discrepancies to match our current inventory.

Communicated with various departments in plant to complete inventory counts and lab samples.

Inputting, updating and maintaining accurate data on warehouse files.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
