You will working in a custom fabrication to shop assist with welding and fabricating various components including: machinery platforms, structural stands, enclosures, custom components for the material handling industry and much more. The majority of projects will built out of mild (carbon) steel, but may include occasional stainless steel projects as well. You will be working from blueprints to ensure projects are built specifications.
** You will also be eligible to obtain certifications through the AWS through the company **
Pay: $23.50/hr to $31.50/hr to get started
Shift:
1st Shift: 6:00AM to 4:00PM ; Monday - Thursday OT on Friday
2nd Shift: 3:00PM to 1:30AM ; Monday - Thursday OT available

Requirements:

• 1 year of welding experience OR technical degree in a relevant field required
• 2-3 years of MIG or FCAW welding experience preferred
• Experience working from blueprints and engineered drawings required
