Field Service Technician

This role is a remote role in the states of NY, NJ, CT, or MA.

What You’ll Do:

As a Field Service Technician, you will perform and carry out all tasks related to installing, assembling, servicing, and repairing Aerzen products. You are also responsible for providing customers with prompt, professional and high-quality service. Work is performed at our location and/or at our customer’s location. Services provided may be scheduled or on-demand. Overnight travel on short notice is often required.

Travel: Approximately 85%

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or associate degree (2 years schooling) in electronics technology, or associated field. 5 years of field experience will also be considered in lieu of degree.
• Over 4 years of Field Service and Repair experience
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams (dimensions, assembly, electrical)
• Proper use of micrometer, dial indicator, feeler gauges and coordinate measuring tools
• Ability to regularly use a forklift, ladder, hand tools, power tools, welding, calibrated measurement devices, hydraulic equipment is a must.
• Clean Driving Record
