A Developer, New Projects is expected to oversee the development of early stage wind development projects with limited supervision from a Manager. The Associate is the boots on the ground representation of the wind team for landowners, public officials, external consultants, and internal stakeholders in the wind development process. Main Responsibilities: Oversee land campaigns across multiple projects. This includes management of land agents, and meetings with landowners. Initiate and manage interconnection filings, met-tower installations, and early stage stakeholder engagement. Manage the transition of projects from the New Projects Team to the broader Wind Development team. 50%- 80% travel expected. Remote work available. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred . 1-2 years of renewable energy development experience. Must have proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
