This leader will build processes and a team that will allow them to know everything going on in the backlog and lives and breathes project updates and provides assessment of how project updates change our corporate earnings, EBITDA and cash flow forecasts. Owner of the financial impacts of our development pipeline on company earnings and cash flows forecast and budget Maintain an up-to-date database of projects in the backlog. Such list is constantly vetted and updated to reflect best available information. Identifies when information is sufficiently reliable to incorporate updated earnings/cash flows into the corporate forecast.
