As an advocate of automation, you identify and implement process improvements to ensure scalability and cater to self-service as well as manage our endpoint virtualization platform. You evaluate software requests and make recommendations considering industry best practices and business needs. You contribute technical analysis and advanced troubleshooting of complex issues and develop and maintain technical documentation. You provide advanced analysis of identified vulnerabilities and work within a team to develop and deploy mitigation plans. You share your functional expertise to the develop, implement, and support new service standards, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure integration with key requirements. You provide technical guidance to team members, engage with vendors, and develop technical specifications, and provide budget requirements.
