Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients. As a Dental Hygienist at Aesthetic Dentistry of Boulder, you will play a key role in promoting dental hygiene and preventing oral diseases.

*NO ACCELERATED HYGIENE*

Our culture is patient first focused, accelerated hygiene schedules and rushed cleaning appointments are not in line with the patient experience we want to provide at our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and perio maintenance
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies
• Take digital dental X-rays as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Dental Hygienist
• CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Skills that are helpful but not required:

• Diode laser certified
• Intraoral scanning (we have a Primescan)
