Medical Spa Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining the overall standard of the med spa. The Med Spa Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to provide excellent service.
• Recruit, train, and mentor spa staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Monitor budgetary performance, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
• Manage business financials.
• Collaborate with ownership to set and achieve revenue performance targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the med spa or healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for clients.
• Ability to assist in marketing strategies and efforts
• Proficiency in inventory management and experience with POS systems.
• Basic math skills for budgeting and financial tracking.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as necessary.
• A passion for wellness and an understanding of medical spa services is highly desirable.
