Responsibilities

Responsibilities Requirements:

• Administer neurotoxin (Botox®️, Dysport®️, Daxxify) as well as dermal fillers in a skilled manner with high attention to detail (both on and off-label)
• Work directly with our plastic surgeons to ensure your skills meet our patients' high expectations while feeling comfortable and confident working without supervision
• Assess facial structures, perform skin analysis, and develop thoughtful and highly personalized treatment plans with patients' personal goals at the forefront of every decision.
• Educate patients about all relevant, aesthetic treatments offered at Aethos
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and standard of service
• Attend team meetings and continuing education events
• Complete accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client including consistent and quality before & after photography
• Complete and maintain accurate required medical documentation: intake forms, consent forms, medical history, medical records to assure patient safety
• Follow up with clients in a timely fashion after treatment to ensure excellent patient care while building and maintaining a strong client base
• Contribute to educational material and marketing content
• Comply with company protocols, policies, and relevant health and safety requirements

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as an aesthetic medical injector
• Current NY State License
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Must maintain yearly continued education
• Able to clearly articulate treatment plans with empathy
