Job Summary:
Develops, coordinates, and administers contracts for products and services for Aeyon LLC. Negotiates, extends, and modifies contracts as appropriate. Serves as liaison with contractors and monitors existing contracts for compliance with terms and conditions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•
Serves as point of contact with the Government contracting officials and/or Prime Contractor's Subcontracts Administrator for all assigned contracts.
•
Reviews solicitation requests to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
•
Assists with proposal pricing and narratives.
•
Negotiates contract terms from proposal stage to contract close-out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
•
Maintains current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices.
•
Creates moderate to complex RFP solicitations.
•
Evaluates supplier proposal responses.
•
Conducts price and cost analysis.
•
Prepares Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliant files.
•
Negotiates pricing and terms/conditions with subcontractors.
•
Administers contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity.
•
Ensures Annual Representation and Certifications are completed.
•
May be required to process Purchase Orders through the Unanet System.
•
Creates/updates Unanet Project Profiles
•
Assist in preparation of Small Business Subcontracting Plans.
•
Tracking of Small Business Goals when required.
•
Analyzes risks and identify risk mitigation.
•
Participates in special projects as required.

Experience with Unanet software.

Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Education and Experience:
•
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
•
Must possess excellent knowledge of Government Contracting requirements, including but not limited to knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), Purchasing Systems, and Estimating Systems.
•
Experience negotiating terms and conditions.

Successful track record of managing a variety of subcontract types, interfacing with internal customers, other functional support staff, and suppliers.
•
5 or more years of experience in Government contracting environment.
Physical Requirements:
•
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•
Occasionally may be required to lift 50 lbs.
