The Role:
The Settlements Coordinator is the key part in paying out drivers. The individual in this position will be accountable for the accuracy of each independent contractor’s settlement along with answering all questions about settlements. This is a full-time position that is based out of headquarters in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Complete weekly settlements for each independent contractor and company driver
- Answer all independent contractor and company driver’s questions regarding settlements
- Manage and maintain settlement McLeod reporting
- Adjust any discrepancies on driver settlements before they go out
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to learn quickly and have a drive to grow within our company
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work independently and increase production
- Must have a coachable attitude toward the controller and other superior role
- Must have worked within the transportation industry
- Attention to detail is a must for this position
- Ability to find discrepancies and adjust accordingly
- Must have a strong mathematics background
