Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and order diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, including phlebotomy and spinal taps.
• Provide patient education and counseling on disease management and prevention.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is of the highest standard.

Skills and Qualifications:

• AFC providers must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with AANPCP, ANCC or NCCPA;
• Have an active Tennessee State License, DEA number, be (or willing to become) DOT Certified, current ACLS, and registered with CAQH.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in conducting physical examinations and interpreting laboratory results.
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Proficiency in coding and documenting patient care.
• Commitment to patient care and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Contract, PRN

Pay: $53.00 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
