Job Title: X-ray Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled X-ray Technician to join our medical team. As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting with diagnostic imaging procedures to help healthcare professionals accurately diagnose and treat patients.

Duties:
- Perform X-ray imaging procedures following established protocols and safety measures.
- Prepare patients for X-ray examinations by explaining procedures and positioning them correctly.
- Operate X-ray equipment to capture images of designated body parts as requested by physicians.
- Ensure quality control of images to maintain high standards of diagnostic accuracy.
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care and support.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an inpatient setting preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
- Knowledge of working in a hospital environment, particularly in the PICU.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients undergoing procedures.
- Certification in X-Ray technology or related field.

Pay: $19.50 - $23.48 per hour
