JOB DESCRIPTION
Intake/ Medical Records Coordinator/ Customer Service Representative
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is full time will work with the Administrator, Director of Clinical Services in the areas of patient intake, medical records management and front-line patient services. Assists the Billing Department when needed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter patients into computer system
- Develop reports that accurately reflect current census
- Work with biller on billing issues
- Assist with answering phones and speaking with patient, caregivers and physician’s offices.
- Records and facilitates initial resolution of patient concerns or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of referral status
- Participates in initial quality audit of charts.
- All other duties assigned
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Works indoors in Agency office
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
- Supervised by Administrator, Director of Clinical Services and Biller depending upon area of performance.

LIFTING REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
