Due to the growth & excitement surrounding Affiliated Resources, we are looking for a Sales Executive Trainee to join our hard-working, fun and energetic team.

In this role, you will be in charge of building strategic relationships between our large primary resource manufacturers and our long-term customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Program Director to manage quotes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee order processing, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination for timely deliveries.
• Foster relationships with vendors to ensure timely production and availability of division products.
• Drive revenue growth by actively engaging in prospecting, customer acquisition, and management.
• Contribute to product development efforts and represent the company at industry events and tradeshows.

Skills, Expertise and Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, results driven with technical aptitude
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently
• Ability to be flexible and work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to be hands on with technical product and installation details
• Ability to read and comprehend construction/architecture drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred (Willingness to learn and take classes may be substituted for current knowledge)

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will transition to a performance-based compensation structure, entirely reliant on commission.
