Growing Medical Practice is looking for a friendly, dedicated, and experienced BILINGUAL Medical Receptionist to join their team! We have two offices, one in Conroe and Spring, Texas.
Responsibilities :
- Greet patients.
- Answer phone calls
- Manage paperwork via Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Must have professional demeanor.
- Must be detailed and possess strong accuracy.
- Oversee the appointment scheduling process from phone or electronic requests, appointments and check out procedures.
- Insurance verifications
- Financial duties and responsibilities
- Facility cleaning responsibilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED .
- Team Player
- Accurate, Dependable, Friendly, Polite, Professional poise
- Strong communication skills
- Must be multi-task oriented and able manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experience with Insurance verifications
- EMR - eClinical Works experience preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Office - Intermediate level
- Knowledge of general office equipment including fax machine, copier, scanner, multi-line telephone, calculator, and personal computer
