Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their vehicle repair process.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of customer concerns and vehicle conditions.
Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive customer service or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required;
Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
Prior sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
