We're looking for a who is driven, patient-centric, and a brand ambassador for our periodontal practice located in Worcester, MA.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of dentistry and a commitment to grow and innovate to best serve our patients.

You'll be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials, as well as compliantly delivering procedures and protocols.

Location : NE Periodontal Specialist - 65 Elm Street, Worcester, MA

  • Periodontistal team providing exceptional patient care and dental procedures for the Worcester, MA community

Schedule :

Monday - Friday : 8AM - 5PM

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in providing a safe, comforting, and welcoming exam room atmosphere
  • Sterilize and deliver instruments to treatment area, position and pass instruments and materials, suction, and expose / develop radiographic studies
  • Pour, trim, and polish study casts and removable appliances
  • Capture and interpret x-rays
  • Track inventory levels, anticipate needed supplies, and verify receipt of supplies
  • Document dental care services by charting in patient records
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Diploma or certificate from an approved Dental Assistant program as accredited by CODA
  • Current MA DA license, or DANB CDA in CT, ICE & RHS Certifications
  • CPR Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (required)
  • Eaglesoft or Dental Vision software knowledge (a plus)
