We are urgently hiring Staff RNs in the Suffolk-Hamptons area

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Assist with sterile processing and maintaining infection control protocols
- Perform procedures such as suturing and assisting with sonography
- Provide care for patients of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and adults
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems (Cerner)
- Assist with family planning services and provide support for reproductive health needs
- Utilize durable medical equipment (DME) as necessary to support patient care
- Safely lift and transfer patients as needed

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of NY
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile processing techniques
- Familiarity with Cerner or other electronic medical record systems
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem, Temporary

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 48 per week
