• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: EMTs must be able to quickly evaluate various solutions to problems and choose the one that has the best chance of resulting in a positive outcome.
• Excellent listening and speaking skills: EMTs must be able to receive and convey information to patients and others during the course of their duties.
• Physical stamina: This job requires lifting and bending at least 50 lbs or more.
• Compassion and patience: This job requires you to interact with all types of people in all types of conditions. It is essential that our EMTs deeply care about the safety and well-being of those that we transport.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lift and Transfer patients as required (Bedside to Gurney and Gurney to Bedside).
• Transport clients to their desired destination.
• Must be willing to do a pre and post-trip inspection.
• We require everyone to frequently sanitize and wear masks during work hours.
• Providing Door Door Assistance.

Experience/Qualifications

• Completion of and Certification from a credentialed EMT program. A current EMT, EMT-P, or AEMT License.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required - We will be providing on-the-job PAID training.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team Player.
