We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience providing physical therapy services to patients with various injuries and disabilities. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and restore function through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine each patient's physical condition and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall mobility
- Educate patients and their families on the proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities
- Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy practices and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through physical therapy
