We seek an Associate Clinical Director (LPCC, LISW, Ph.D, PsyD) for full-time positions at our Dennison Ave location.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have an active LPCC, LISW, Ph.D, or PsyD licensure
• Managing therapist's caseloads
• Interviewing new therapists
• On-boarding new therapists
• Liaison for the therapists with HR
• Lead communications with therapists related to new policies and procedures

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with a diverse population
• Experience providing couple's therapy
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Understand and embody the spirit of diversity and inclusion
• Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
