- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions they may have.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of automotive systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive problems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required in an automotive repair environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers.
- Knowledge of GM vehicles is preferred but not required.
