About the Role

We are seeking a determined and skilled Field Sales Consultant with solid knowledge of construction to join our team at Affordable Building Concepts. The Field Consultant will play a key role in increasing our company's sales and growing our customer base . You will be required to travel regularly within your assigned territory, conducting sales meetings and providing bids to potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Run daily leads and provide customers with a proposal within 1-3 days
• Conduct daily follow up calls with customers that have received proposals
• Keep up with company pricing and building standards
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes with our company
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Understand construction industry trends and communicate those to both prospective and existing clients

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Field Consultant
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Solid understanding of construction industry and its products
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
