ResponsibilitiesGENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the Dayforce implementation; configure modules and functionalities to align with HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and more
- Provides guidance on best practices for configuring the Dayforce system
- Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information
- Designs and implements integrations between Dayforce and other HR, accounting, or relevant software systems
- Manages interfaces between Dayforce and vendor partners, including monitoring and testing
- Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and stakeholders
- Maintains data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards and processes, as well as regular audits of data
- Coordinates, facilitates and leads the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing phases of assigned projects
- Provides end-user training and support to HR system users
- Assists in system reviews, implementations, business requirements, production testing, upgrades and maintenance
- Provides support and maintenance of other HR related systems (iCIMS, etc.)
- Provides analytical, value-added input when developing and delivering reports
- Develops and maintains work instructions, job aides and technical documentation
- Partners with stakeholders in other departments for audits, reporting, projects and other inter-departmental initiatives
- Maintains confidentiality of personal information, Company information, records and statistics, and related issues in accordance with all applicable laws and policies
- Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience including HRIS configuration and administration experience; Dayforce or Ultimate/UltiPro software and iCIMS experience preferred
- Experience supporting multiple systems within HR and HRIS
- Strong Excel skills and HRIS reporting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users and to all levels in the organization
- Must be a team player and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
