Title - Cash Manager, Treasury Management Company - Affordable Equity Partners, Inc., a subsidiary of JES Holdings, LLCLocation - Columbia, MO Schedule - Initially will be in the office 5 days and then transition to a hybrid of 4 days in office Affordable Equity Partners, Inc. We have successfully syndicated over $4 billion in tax credits to build or preserve homes for working class families and seniors. Position Summary / PurposeThe Cash Manager applies company policies and control procedures in the handling, processing, deposit and disbursement of cash for AEP and all Equity Funds; and is responsible for the preparation of projections regarding cash and equity lines of credit. Essential Functions
Prepares and tracks cash uses and future projections for AEP and affiliated funds.
Manages the use of bank equity lines of credit for AEP and affiliated funds.
Deposits cash receipts in AEP and all Equity Funds.
Manages all operating and reserve accounts for all Equity Funds.
Oversees the preparation and approval process of cash disbursements for AEP and affiliated funds
Manages opening and closing of bank accounts for AEP and all affiliated funds.
Prepares outgoing wires online for the entire JES Holdings, LLC organization to include verbal verification with outside parties and managing process from preparation to third party receipt.
Manages banking relationships to maximize interest rates on deposits, to include tracking of monthly interest rates and income received.

Serve as a back up to the JES Holdings Cash Manager (for cutting checks and payroll

Strong oral and written communication skills.
