Job Title – Property Manager
Nature of Work:
The Property Manager reports directly to the Operations Director. The Property Manager is responsible for assuring the federal, state, and local regulations attached to the managed entities adhered to meet all deadlines. The Property Manager holds the responsibility for budget oversight and management of assigned properties.
As a member of the Leadership Team, the Property Manager must be dependable and understand the policies and procedures and strategic plan of Affordable Housing Advocates.

Ensures the building(s) and grounds are in compliance with Federal, State and local code requirements.

Work Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a smoke-free environment.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be seated for long periods of time.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Property Manager supervises all staff assigned to the building he/she manages. The staff would include (as budget allows): Administrative Assistant, Janitor, Maintenance Mechanic, and Service
Coordinator.
