• Develop strategies to influence staff behavior, improve the experience and drive member engagement.
• Apply advanced organizational and project management skills to manage program deadlines and deliverables
• Provide leadership to ACS Employment Services, Supported Work, and Volunteers.
• Monitor status, outcomes and service delivery of programs and projects. Adjust goals and timetables to meet contract obligations.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
• Assure quality program services are provided and appropriate documentation is maintained.
• Ensure the appropriate supervision and development of staff; monitor performance and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, retention and development of a diverse workforce, ensuring adherence with ACS policies and procedures.
• Establish pre-hiring and retention curriculum based on the needs of the program and the providers.
• Oversee program audits, expenditures and performance. File responses; produce reports.
• Ensure contract objectives are achieved on a regular basis.
• Supports in developing proposals for program advancement opportunities.
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with vendors and community partners.
• Positively represent programs and participant needs to funding sources, business, media, legislative, public and nonprofit communities.
• Demonstrate competence using WF1, Maxis and other State, County and agency database systems.
• Promote and support involvement in the ACS commitment to undoing racism and reducing disparities

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or organizational management or 6 years’ experience in service or service operations or 10 years’ experience in non-profit industry.
• Demonstrated relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Persuasive oral and written communication
• Able to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Highly organized with a track record of delivering a high level of client service in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
