About the Position

Base:

HOURS: Mon-Thu 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm

The Filed Operations Coordinator, under the direction of the Program Director, is expected to organize program details and execute it effectively

Core Duties

• Hire, train and assign instructors for teaching daily/weekly classes throughout school year and summer camps
• Organize and provide lessons/supply bag for instructors
• Maximize enrollment through marketing on social media and other platforms
• Gather and analyze class reports and provide feedback/corrective action steps
• Preferably teach a class or 2 every week to thoroughly understand our programs, classroom management style and work culture
• Marketing in various areas for maximizing revenue, fundraisers and adding classes
• Teach 3-4 classes per week (compensation $55/class) to understand program details, execution and field operations

Job Specifics:

• Job classification: Non-Exempt
• Job Location: Menlo Park/Redwood City area, CA
• Pay: $22-$25 Per Hour
• Skills: Experience with marketing, delivering supplies and orders, hiring staff, coordinating schedules and communicate effectively with parents/schools/rec centers and staff

Education and/or Experience and/or License Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in a similar environment providing services.
• Valid California Driving License and reliable, insured transportation required
