Aftermarket Performance Group is Hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician Near Export, PA

JOB TITLE: CNC Maintenance Technician
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
COMPENSATION: $23.00-$30.00 DOE
LOCATION: Export PA
Job Duties
  • Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production, and facility systems.
  • Perform a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.
  • Capable of performing routine maintenance operations on equipment, such as oil changes, greasing, adjustments and minor repairs.
  • General mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery equipment
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production scheduled hours and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine downtime.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
  • Upkeep of building inside and outside including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, painting and lighting.
Education & Experience Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One (1) year of experience in Electrical and Mechanical work.
  • One (1) years of general maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls and Ladder Logic Preferred
  • Knowledge of HAAS and FANUC CNC controls Preferred
  • Must be organized, a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work overtime if required.
  • Must be able to keep a clean and orderly work area.
Job Requirements
  • Keep accurate log records and order parts as necessary.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations to reduce risk of workplace accidents.
  • Requires using hands to handle, control of feel objects.
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 70 pounds while remaining stationary throughout shift.
