- Minimum of 3 years general experience in sophisticated commercial litigation
- Admission to Maryland is required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Conducting research and analysis on legal issues
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings
- Assisting with trial preparation
- Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy
- MUST have an active Maryland bar
