- Be an implementer: Lead the charge of putting best company practices into place.

- Be a resource for leaders: Advise on organizational policies and employment laws
- Support safety: Teach safe work practices, investigate accidents, maintain safety reports, and participate in corrective actions
- Support multi-plant locations: Spend time in several different locations, some on the same campus and some just a short drive away. All plants work a one shift operation.
- Keep sharp educationally: Stay current on job knowledge in the HR field
- First-Class Support: Enjoy robust benefits, including medical coverage after 30 days of employment, and a collaborative, supportive team.
- A seasoned HR pro with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional HR role.
- PHR certification strongly preferably but passion and HR expertise reign supreme.
- Very comfortable supporting manufacturing operations! Bonus points for juggling multiple plants!
- Experienced in multiple HR disciplines.
- A pro at leading recruiting efforts.
- Experienced managing safety programs coupled with knowledge of safety best practices and OSHA regulations.
- Communication ninja: You articulate clearly, both written and verbally, and connect with all levels of management.
- Empathy in action: You listen intently, respond with urgency, and champion employee well-being.
- Highly motivated and customer service-minded
