Accounting Clerk (Part-Time) - Corpus Christi, Texas Area

  JOB SUMMARY:
  The Accounting Clerk duties include accounts payable, focus on billing, contract reviews, and maintenance of office organization of accounting records. Other clerical functions may be required as needed.
  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years of experience in basic accounting
• 2 years of demonstrated experience with accounts payable
• Computer skills and knowledge with the following systems: MS Office Suite, MS Wordw, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Strong organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
• Be responsive, attentive, and engaging

EDUCATION: High school diploma, or a high school diploma equivalency
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Current, valid Texas Driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of upper-level education in accounting or general business
• Must have strong A/P or Billing experience
• Accounting experience in the Construction field
• Experience with Deltek Ajera accounting software
