*Role:* RN Cardiovascular / Cardiac Cath Lab
*Location*: Birmingham, AL - perm address must be 50 miles from facility
*Contract Duration:* 13 weeks contract with a possibility of extension
*Pay Rate: *$54/hour - paid weekly!
Locals accepted - $40/hour
*Work Schedule:*40/hours a week, on-call required
*Shift:* 8hr days 7a-330p
Cath Lab experience required; interventional radiology experience preferred
This is a fast paced lab with 3 Cath Lab rooms. We work with 15 doctors to provide excellent patient care. You may be required to assist in The EP Lab if needed. We cover call 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month. You will be required to give sedation and monitor patients assisting the cardiologists during the entire catheterization process. Nurses in the Cath lab perform a range of tasks, including reviewing pre-procedure checklists, medical records, test results, and relevant patient information.
Requirements:
* AL RN License
* BLS, ACLS
* Must have at least 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/ Cardiovascular
