Description
Purpose
Responsible for driving new Deere Production & Precision Ag technologies and promoting engagement with employees and customers, particularly focusing on data management tools.
Responsibilities

• Divisional resource to assist sales, parts, and service with selling and supporting the latest Production & Precision Ag products from Deere
• Drive usage of Deere data management tools with employees and customers
• Develop and lead internal training sessions to generate excitement and ensure understanding
• Serve as a primary resource for customer education events, including helping with the organization and presenting the material to customers
• Monitor area RTK towers and keep operational
• Maintain high level understanding of large ag equipment, the associated technology, and digital tools available
• Work with salespeople on product demonstrations
• Assist sales and service personnel with supporting customers at equipment delivery and start out
• Visit customers with salespeople to demonstrate our technology expertise
• Leverage the entire production system to demonstrate John Deere value to our customer
• Abide by company data privacy policies
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources with commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
• May work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends
• Assist other Production & Precision Support activities as needed

Qualifications
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge

• 2 years' experience in an agriculture related role
• Experience using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Experience meeting or exceeding customer service expectations
• Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred
