Job Duties
Train and supervise inmate labor in production, sanitation and safety procedures in the manufacture of wholesome products using Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HAACP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Working knowledge of recipes, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & Internal Operating Procedures (IOP). Demonstrated ability to supervise others. High school graduate or equivalent.
Additional Considerations
Thorough working knowledge of a Meat Plant operation and their auxiliary equipment. Valid Driver's License. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification
