Title: Farm Equipment Operator

Job Duties:

• Operate and maintain farm machinery and application equipment, such as tractors, sprayers, spreaders, loaders, and other machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on and farm machinery application equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Accurately apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other crop protection products according to agronomic recommendations and label instructions.
• Calibrate application equipment to ensure proper distribution rates and coverage.
• Monitor weather conditions and field conditions to determine appropriate timing for applications.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment.

Qualified?

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Agriculture: 1 year (Preferred)
