Join Ag Partners in a temporary Agronomy Operations position as a Loader Operator! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team. In this role, you will primarily work as a loader operator at our fertilizer plant. You could also drive trucks and pickups, operate a forklift, and assist with the warehouse work to support seasonal operations. Our busy fall season typically runs from September to late November. We offer flexible working hours, and candidates must be 18 or older. While a CDL is not required, passing a pre-employment drug test is mandatory.

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

· A valid Class D or Commercial driver’s license.

· Communicate effectively with team members.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Work extended hours during the busy season, repetitive heavy lifting (55 pounds), and climbing ladders to perform tasks at elevated or below-grade locations.

Qualifications Preferred:

· Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement; a seasonal (180 day) CDL may be adequate in certain circumstances.

· Valid DOT health card.

· Sufficient product knowledge to identify and load correctly.
