Job Description
- Implement a Montessori prepared environment for a class of 14 two-year-olds.
- Maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Maintaining schedules and routines.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain the health and safety of all students.
- Maintain a clean environment for children and teachers. This will require light housekeeping responsibilities.
- Assist children in developing self-care habits.
- Monitor children's progress in achieving developmental milestones.
- Montessori experience in an toddler environment.
- Montessori Infant/Toddler Certification. Applicants who do not already possess a certification must be willing and capable of obtaining one.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- KDHE qualifications.
- Exemplary work ethic.
- Excellent multitasking ability.
