The Customer Service Representative will be the liaison between the agency and its current and potential clients. This role will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer service issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of each call.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments for all agency departments
- Confirm client appointments and collect copays when necessary
- Ensuring all no-show clients are contacted on a daily basis
- Ensuring clients from the waitlist is being contacted
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to assist clients with other services that may be to their benefit
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in Credible in a comprehensible way
- Complete all assigned trainings to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in verifying insurance is required
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)

Agape Networks future expansion of the Agape Village Health Center, a national model of integrated care, will increase its capacity of patients/clients being served from 1,000 to 2,500 receiving outpatient weekly services. Residential inpatient capacity will be increased from 62-beds to 141-beds including a clinic & wellness medical center, educational and vocational center, supported housing units/cottages, and a preschool/early education/day care center.
