Maintain a valid driver's license. Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs. A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.

Previous experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities : Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.
