Agave LD is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Austin, TX

We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office space
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Data entry and management using computer software
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
  • Managing inventory and ordering
  • Handling incoming correspondence
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an office environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
