Service Team Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of the Trashy Dawg menu, and ability to correctly answer guest’s questions regarding builds, spice levels and potential allergens.
• Assist guests with placing orders accurately and making recommendations when
• appropriate.
• Package food properly, and to brand standard.
• Greet each guest promptly and warmly, showing true hospitality throughout their
• visit.
• Ability to operate kiosks, QR order & pay tech and assist guests in these areas.
• Prepare beverages in a professional and polished manner.
• Operate a microphone with personality and professionalism, while having fun and engaging guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure that every guest experience is nothing less than EPIC.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments, handle cash, and reconcile receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room, ensuring that tables are clean and properly set.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food and equipment, and complying with all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve job skills and knowledge.
• Perform various duties as assigned by leadership.
