The ideal candidate must possess IT background experience or education, ability to work well alone or in team environment, great interpersonal skills, can do attitude, ability to work independently and superior customer service.
Specific Accountabilities: Primary duties and responsibilities of the position (usually 8-12 paragraphs/sentences in length). All jobs include “other duties as assigned.”

- Internal customer support
- Performing process improvement analysis
- Troubleshoot problems with the operation, performance and / or functionality of desktop application software, data center hardware, and/or network environments
- Ensures daily, weekly, monthly checks are completed and internal operating procedures are followed
- Day-to-day operational support and maintenance (including patching and upgrading) of client compute systems
- Day-to-day operational support of the infrastructure and Microsoft based environments
- Maintains detailed documentation and inventory of all managed environments
- Responsible timely response to incidents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company data without exception
- Participate in other IT projects and/or tasks as needed
- Provide operational support for existing network, server, and storage equipment
- Apply basic security awareness in day to day activities
- Create and maintain documentation and system inventories
