Hours: Full-Time (9:00am to 6:00pm)

Opportunity: Chance to join a leading global investment bank focused on middle market M&A for emerging technology companies. As a member of our Operations Team, you will receive mentorship from the senior members of the AGC team and gain exposure to all avenues of building a company: Administration, Marketing, Business Development, Research, Conferences & whatever else we can throw at you :). In the process, you will develop a wide range of skills and a valuable fundamental understanding of the technology investment banking, private equity and entrepreneurial world.

Responsibilities:

• Support CEO’s desk (calendar management, travel, email dictation, personal items, etc.)
• Develop and maintain standards, systems, templates and best practices to keep content at a cutting edge level
• Conduct deep dives into top PE and VC portfolios to identify sell-side and buy-side opportunities for AGC
• Build sector and sub-sector overviews including: market overview, past transactions, and potential targets
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities in CRM database (Salesforce)
• Writer, editor and content strategists who possess best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style
• Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics with the help of the Partner for AGC’s research effort
• Write, edit and strategize content on reports that cover the key trends and challenges in the technology market
• Analyze and synthesize market data into concise spreadsheets, charts and PPT slides
• Create Transaction Screens and find Transaction Comps to highlight activity within a respective sector/space
• Build Market Maps and Technology Landscapes and other content as needed

Requirements:

• Technology savvy, proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
