**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in livestock, retail, exceptional customer service, and a passion for the agriculture industry.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to drive results
- Knowledge of cash register operations, purchasing processes, and POS systems
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Agriculture and/or Livestock background preffered
