JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounting Clerk duties include accounts payable, focus on billing, contract reviews, and maintenance of office organization of accounting records. Other clerical functions may be required as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience in basic accounting
- 2 years of demonstrated experience with accounts payable
- Strong Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook experience
- Strong organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
- Be responsive, attentive and engaging
EDUCATION: High school diploma, or a high school diploma equivalency
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Current, valid Texas Driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
