Our team is made up of energetic multi-disciplinary specialists (team of ~40). We develop and implement sustainability solutions tailored to our clients’ needs, serving global private and public companies, across all sectors. We deliver a full-service consultancy including ambition assessments and strategy planning, greenhouse gas inventories, climate risk and opportunity analysis.
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our consulting firm and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture, talent development, and overall strategic direction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record of success in areas such as culture integration, talent development, performance management, and organizational structure optimization.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative, establish and drive HR initiatives across regions in partnership with the leadership team. They should demonstrate a high level of integrity, autonomy and resourcefulness in navigating the complexities of establishing HR processes and programs within a growing international organization.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary from posting.
